Mousikos is a Greek concept that means "the art of the Muses." From there comes the word music that defined the art of sensitive and logically organize a coherent mix of sounds and silences. For this, we use the fundamental principles of melody, harmony and rhythm.

Music has no date of creation, since, as mentioned in other answers, any sound that has a constant rate can be considered music. However, the compositions of sounds with different "tools" come from the prehistoric men, who were playing bones, scraping rocks or other objects to create sounds.
